Clipper Interall as a processor
Clipper Interall delivers personalised products for customers, often directly to the end customer. As part of this service, we process (personal) data in the role of (sub)processor. Sending the products to the end customer, and thus processing this personal data, takes place on behalf of Clipper Interall customers.

Uses made of the information
Clipper Interall processes personal data it has obtained for the purpose for which it has obtained.

Information you give us. Clipper Interall will use this information to prepare and/or perform a contract, to process a request for information on services and/or products, to handle an order, to send out a catalogue or quote, to create an account for the MyClipper Interall environment, or to respond to a question, comment or suggestion.

Additionally, Clipper Interall uses personal data to improve its services and to keep you informed of its activities and new products and services.

Information we collect about you. Clipper Interall will use this information to improve its services, to measure or understand the effectiveness of advertising we serve to you and others, and to deliver relevant advertising to you.

Information we receive from other sources. With regard to the personal data that Clipper Interall (possibly) obtains by means of Google (Universal) Analytics, Google processes these and may also use them for its own purposes, whereby Google has committed itself to confidentiality and security measures in the data processing agreement entered into. In addition, the last octet of the IP address is masked, data sharing is switched off and no other Google services are used in combination with Google Analytics cookies.

Disclosure of your information

Clipper Interall may share your personal information with any member of its group, which means its subsidiaries, its ultimate holding company and its subsidiaries, as defined in section 1159 of the UK Companies Act 2006.

Clipper Interall will only provide the data it has obtained to third parties if this is necessary for the execution and improvement of its services and agreements. These parties are prohibited from using the personal data for their own purposes.

User rights
Clipper Interall endeavours to take your preferences into account. Any visitor who has not previously entered into a contract with Clipper Interall will not receive our newsletter until the visitor registers for it personally.
